For over 30 years, Shaida has helped individuals both in person and remotely transform their lives through fitness, nutrition, behavior modification. Shaida’s own fitness and health journey began at a young age. At just 6 years old, she was a competitive swimmer. And then at 12 years old, she was a track and field athlete. In her 30’s, Shaida trained in the martial arts and earned a Black Belt in Taekwondo. Today, in her 60’s, she is a dedicated marathon runner, running the LA Marathon (26.2 miles) four times.
While improving her own life through a balanced approach to fitness, nutrition and mental wellness, she pursued her dream of helping others find a more positive, healthier and happier version of their life. Today, Shaida holds several professional certifications including Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Weight Loss Specialist (WLS), Fitness Nutrition Specialist (FNS) and Behavior Change Specialist (BCS). She earned these accreditations from the well-respected National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) requiring years of study and examinations.
Shaida, Specializes in working with clients specifically seeking weight loss and it incorporates elements of fitness training, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching towards helping them achieve their goals.

Shaida offers individual fitness and nutrition coaching services in person in the Los Angeles area or remotely via Facetime or Zoom sessions.
