-I began my journey with her about 4 months ago. When I first began the program I weighed 138 pounds and now I am down to 118 pounds. I am definitely not one to ever go to the gym in the past, but after I turned 40, I felt I wanted and needed a change in my life with how I ate and how I could take better care of myself to look and feel good about myself and to have more energy.
It was definitely a different feeling in the beginning on what I could eat and not eat but Shaida was there for me every step of the way! She supported me to get on the right track, and helped me to better serve my husband and three children on how they eat as well.

I have to say virtual workout sessions with Shaida are amazing! She watches my every move, makes sure my form is accurate and creates the best workout session personalized for me, and all in 30 minutes! Being a mother to 4 kids, especially with a baby I thought, how will I make time to workout and loose the baby weight? Shaida recommended virtual workout sessions. I was not into it and felt it wouldn’t work for me. I thought how can I sweat and burn calories from a FaceTime call?? I was totally wrong! It’s fast, efficient, fun and best of all it works!!
